Set aside an eligible Washington County arrest or conviction
Oregon commonly calls this process a set aside. It is not automatic merely because a case was dismissed or a sentence was completed.

A DUII conviction cannot be set aside under ORS 137.225. A DUII arrest dismissed after successful diversion also does not qualify under the ordinary arrest set-aside provision.
