No-result troubleshooting

No Raleigh arrest record found? Check these causes

North Carolina completed statewide eCourts implementation in all 100 counties in October 2025. Wake County cases use the Enterprise Justice / Odyssey system and eCourts Portal.

Regular family visitation is conducted by video at the Wake County Detention Center on Hammond Road, including for people housed at the downtown Public Safety Center.

North Carolina has many separate expunction statutes. Eligibility depends on how the case ended, the offense, age, prior convictions and applicable waiting periods.
