Indiana arrest and conviction expungement process
Eligibility is case-specific. A dismissal or completed sentence does not automatically remove every public record. Indiana Code 35-38-9 contains different rules for non-convictions, misdemeanors, Level 6 felonies and more serious eligible felonies.
