PBSO instructs a person taking care of a Palm Beach County arrest warrant to turn themselves in at the Palm Beach County Jail, 3228 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach.
Do not confront or attempt to detain someone because you believe they have a warrant.

PBSO accepts bonds on warrants 24 hours a day

The Sheriff’s current warrant instructions state that the Palm Beach County Jail accepts bonds on warrants 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Confirm the full current bond amount Ask whether another charge, warrant or hold prevents release.
Full cash bond is one option PBSO currently accepts cash, cashier’s check or money order for full cash bonds.

Do not use a personal check PBSO does not accept personal checks for these cash bonds.
A licensed bail bond agent is another possible route PBSO does not recommend a particular agent.

Incoming correspondence is inspected for contraband. Legal mail is handled under separate protected procedures and is opened/search-checked in the inmate’s presence.

PBSO’s May 2026 update states that each housing assignment has a designated canteen day. An inmate may spend up to $90 on clothing items and $90 on additional commissary items for a combined maximum of $180 on that designated order.
Jail calls

Inmates can place calls but cannot receive ordinary incoming calls

PBSO states that inmates have telephone access in their assigned housing units but cannot receive telephone calls.
Assume ordinary personal jail calls can be monitored or recorded. Do not discuss confidential criminal-defense strategy on a normal personal call.
Telephone providers and rates can change. Verify the current debit/prepaid calling information through the PBSO Corrections FAQ before funding a telephone account.
